3. Membership Requirement
Access to CLAIRE & CHARLIE services requires an active membership or formal service agreement.
Membership tiers may include, but are not limited to:

- SELECT
- RESERVE
- BLACK
Each tier provides a different level of access, priority, and service coordination.
CLAIRE & CHARLIE reserves the right to approve, decline, or modify membership eligibility at its discretion.
4. Service Requests & Coordination
All client requests submitted through the platform are subject to review and coordination.
Submission of a request does not guarantee immediate fulfillment. Services may require:
- Confirmation of scope
- Availability of resources
- Approval of associated costs
CLAIRE & CHARLIE acts as a coordination platform and may engage third-party vendors or partners as necessary to fulfill requests.
5. Fees & Payment
Fees for services may vary based on scope, complexity, and resources required.
Clients agree that:
- Certain services may require advance approval before execution
- Invoices will be issued for approved services
- Payment is due in accordance with the terms outlined in the invoice
Membership fees, where applicable, are separate from service-related charges unless otherwise specified.
6. No Guarantee of Availability
While CLAIRE & CHARLIE strives to accommodate all requests, we do not guarantee:
- Availability of specific services or vendors
- Immediate fulfillment of requests
- Outcomes dependent on third-party providers
All services are subject to availability and operational feasibility.
7. Third-Party Services
CLAIRE & CHARLIE may coordinate services through third-party providers, including but not limited to:
- Transportation providers
- Travel services
- Property-related vendors
- Lifestyle and event services
CLAIRE & CHARLIE is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of third-party providers.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when submitting requests
- Respond promptly when additional information is required
- Approve costs and scope prior to service execution (where applicable)
- Use the platform in a lawful and appropriate manner
9. Confidentiality & Discretion
CLAIRE & CHARLIE operates with a high level of discretion.
All client information and requests are handled with care and are only accessed as necessary to coordinate and deliver services.
Clients agree not to misuse or disclose proprietary platform processes or systems.
10. Platform Usage
Clients may access CLAIRE & CHARLIE services through a secure digital environment.
The CLAIRE & CHARLIE Private Client application is powered by Orchestra Technology Group™, which supports the delivery of platform functionality and client experience.
Unauthorized access, misuse, or interference with the platform is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLAIRE & CHARLIE shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Delays or disruptions caused by third-party providers
- Losses resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client information
- Service outcomes beyond our direct control
12. Termination of Services
CLAIRE & CHARLIE reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate access to services
- Modify or discontinue offerings
- Revoke membership status
at any time, with or without notice, where necessary to maintain service integrity.
13. Modifications to Terms

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
